A: From time of measure to installation is typically 1-3 weeks, this varies based on complexity and size of job
Q: Do you do custom work?
A: Yes we work with your needs for any wood stair
Q: Do you install the stairs and rails you build?
A: Yes, its an option you can chose to have us to do it
Q: Do you finish /stain and seal?
A: Unfortunately, we do not finish any rails or stairs. Typically a hired painter would complete that
Q: Do you complete remodeled stairs and rails?
A: Of course, we will come into your home and provide options to what fit
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We were created in 1984 and have been in business for 34 years
Q: What type of material do you offer?
A: We offer a wide variety, typical choices for our customers are: red oak, white oak, Jatoba, mahogany, maple, hickory and walnut
Q: Do you have a show room or samples to look at ?
A: Yes we do in our main office, 149 Industrial Drive. Please just call to make an appointment
Q: Do you stock all rail parts?
A: We stock a majority of our products but also work with a variety of suppliers to ensure timeliness

A: Yes, whenever necessary
